2. Description of the Service
AURITA is an AI-powered digital assistant designed to help businesses prepare, configure and manage digital advertising campaigns and related workflows.
3. User Accounts and Connected Platforms
Some functions may require users to connect third-party accounts, including Meta, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. Users remain responsible for access to their accounts and for complying with the terms and policies of those platforms.
4. User Approval
AURITA may prepare campaign settings, recommendations and drafts. Users are responsible for reviewing and approving configurations before publication or execution.
5. Acceptable Use
AURITA may not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, misleading advertising, abuse of third-party platforms, infringement of intellectual property rights or any activity prohibited by applicable law or platform rules.
6. Third-Party Services
Certain features depend on third-party APIs and services. Availability may change because of technical limitations, platform policies, permission requirements or changes made by third-party providers.
7. Fees
If paid AURITA services are introduced or used, applicable prices and payment conditions will be presented to the user before purchase or activation.
8. Intellectual Property
The AURITA name, interface, software and original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users retain rights to content and information they lawfully provide.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
AURITA provides technical assistance and automation support and does not guarantee specific advertising, sales or business results. Users remain responsible for their business, financial and advertising decisions.
10. Suspension or Termination
Access may be limited or terminated where necessary to protect users, the service or third parties, or where these Terms, applicable law or third-party platform rules are violated.
11. Changes to the Service and Terms
AURITA may update features and these Terms as the service develops or legal and platform requirements change. The current version will be published on the AURITA website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable Polish law and relevant European Union law.
